New Bodyworks Adult Swim Session
We are pleased to announce the addition of a weekly adult swim session on Mondays from 8.30-9.30pm at the University of Brighton Sports Centre Pool.

2011 Easter Duathlon
Please find below the results from the latest Team Bodyworks xtc event which was new for 2011 the Easter Duathlon which was held at Preston Park, Brighton. The event which will offered the opportunity for the younger athletes to gain some valuable tarmac based cycling on a closed circuit.
